Middleweight graphic designer

We are a small creative agency looking to grow! We’re privately owned and fully independent. We have enjoyed 20 successful years in business working with a variety of clients ranging from large corporates to start-ups, most of which are B2B and across a wide range of media: web, print, presentations, and brand identity.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented all-round designer with over 3 years of agency experience working on corporate communications for a range of clients across different media, including PowerPoint presentations.

This role is exciting and varied, requiring the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and collaborate closely with clients via email and Zoom.

You will have the opportunity to develop new skills and assist at all stages of the creative process, from briefing and initial concepts to delivery.

The ideal candidate can create on-brand designs from briefs, with a keen eye for detail, capable of independently managing smaller projects.

Must be highly self-motivated, a team player, and an effective communicator, both written and verbal.

The role offers flexible remote-hybrid working arrangements.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a creative/design agency with a high-quality portfolio
• Design and formatting of PowerPoint presentations, including complex technical diagrams and minimal-text slides, within brand guidelines
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to produce editable presentations under tight deadlines
• Create custom templates and slide masters
• Strong creative and technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Understanding of print processes
• Knowledge of building responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, and WordPress
• Great attention to detail to ensure web pages function across multiple browsers and platforms
• Digital design awareness, including user experience and SEO best practices

Additional Skills (Not Essential)

Experience with Divi (WordPress theme) is advantageous but not required.
