Person Specification
  • Have significant and demonstrable experience in a permanent role, ideally in an agency, leading design projects.
  • Possess a strong portfolio of brand, digital, and print design showing attention to detail and creative ambition within brand guidelines.
  • Be comfortable working with a busy design and animation team, and autonomously.
  • Be able to understand and discuss briefs within the team.
  • Be passionate about quality and committed to offering great service.
  • Have experience of using Adobe CC (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop). After Effects, HTML, and PowerPoint skills would be an advantage but not essential.
