Job summary

Great Witchingham Church of England Primary Academy is seeking a committed Midday Supervisory Assistant to join the lunchtime supervision team. The role involves supervising pupils during the lunchtime period and building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

The successful candidate will be flexible to meet the needs of all pupils, use positive behaviour management strategies and work well within a team, while also being able to take initiative.

We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Midday Supervisory Assistant to work at Great Witchingham, one of our successful and growing academies part of the Eden Federation within the Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust.

The successful candidate will join our Midday Supervisory Team and supervise pupils during the lunchtime period.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is able to build positive relationships with all pupils
  • Is flexible and able to adapt to the needs of all pupils
  • Uses positive behaviour management strategies
  • Is well-organised
  • Communicates well with staff and parents
  • Is a team player but can work under their own initiative

Working Hours

The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate however the ideal

hours would be four days per week, 30 minutes per lunchtime session.
