Job summary

Seagry Church of England Primary School is seeking an MDSA who is flexible, enthusiastic and confident working with children across the primary age range during lunchtimes. The role focuses on keeping children safe, happy and healthy while they eat and socialise.

You will support children during lunch periods to maintain a safe, positive environment, promote wellbeing and good behaviour, and build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in a primary school is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Must be organised, positive and able to build good relationships with children and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to use initiative and to work independently.
