Job summary

The Futures Trust at Parkgate Primary School is seeking a Midday Supervisor to help secure the safety and welfare of pupils during the midday break. The role requires a positive attitude toward safety, wellbeing and good conduct, with the ability to communicate effectively and stay calm under pressure while handling situations.

The successful candidate will join a supportive team and participate in safeguarding checks, with DBS and appropriate vetting as part of the process.

Responsibilities

• Secure the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils during the midday break.
• Respond to incidents promptly and report concerns to the supervising staff.

We are seeking to appoint a Midday Supervisor to be responsible for securing the safety, welfare and good conduct of pupils during the midday break.

The successful candidate will have a very positive attitude to the safety, security and wellbeing of all our children at all times, and will be able to recognise when to act on and report any concerns.

You will be able to communicate effectively and work calmly under pressure dealing with situations calmly and efficiently.

Salary & Benefits

• Grade 1 / Point 3 - £12.98 per hour, £4,291 per annum
