Job summary

Swanland Primary School, part of the Edukos Trust, is seeking Midday Supervisors for term-time work. The role is 11:55am–1:15pm, Monday and Tuesday, with flexibility for other days for the right candidate. Salary details are pro rata based on a two-hour daily slot and days worked.

The role involves supervising children at lunchtimes on the playground and in the dining hall, ensuring safety, and assisting with basic cleaning. Uniform and health and safety training are provided.

Qualifications

• Some experience of working with children would be desirable but not essential.
• Uniform and basic health and safety training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the children at lunchtimes on the playground and in the classrooms if it is raining.
• Monitor lunchtimes in the dining hall, including basic cleaning/wiping of tables.
• Support safe play and well-behaved lunchtime routines.

Midday Supervisors, Part-Time, Term Time only, Required: as soon as possible: £25,614 pa pro rata (£13.28 per hour) Hours: 11.55am-1.15pm (1 hour 20 minutes per day) Days: Monday and Tuesday (we are happy to consider alternative days for the right applicant(s).

We currently have vacancies for Midday Supervisors at Swanland Primary School (part of Edukos Trust).

The role involves supervising the children at lunchtimes, both on the playground and in the classrooms if it is raining, making sure the children are playing safely and monitoring lunchtimes in the dinner hall, including some basic cleaning/wiping of tables.

Some experience of working with children would be desirable but not essential. Uniform and basic health and safety training will be provided.
