Job summary

Marden Lodge Primary School and Nursery is seeking friendly Midday Supervisors on a fixed-term contract to end March 2027. The role runs 11.30am–1.00pm, Monday to Friday, term time only, with ASAP start. You'll supervise lunchtime play, support pupil wellbeing, and help maintain a positive, safe, and engaging environment.

Join Our Team as a Midday Supervisor

Marden Lodge Primary School is seeking enthusiastic and caring Midday Supervisors to join our friendly team on a fixed-term contract until end of March 2027, working 11.30am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday (term time only).

Your Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to play an important role in supporting the wellbeing, safety and enjoyment of our pupils during the lunchtime period. You will help create a positive and inclusive environment, supervising children during lunch and playtimes, encouraging positive behaviour, and ensuring all pupils feel happy, supported and engaged. Whether you have previous experience working with children or are looking to begin a rewarding career in education, we would love to hear from you.

Ability to be open with children/students and have sympathy for their concerns.
