Job summary

Lift Hockley is seeking a Midday Supervisor to supervise pupils during lunch and breaktimes, helping to keep dining areas, playgrounds and shared spaces safe, calm and well organized. You will promote positive behaviour, respond to incidents and support pupils' wellbeing, helping identify hazards and address concerns.

You will also help keep dining areas clean and support lunchtime activities where required.

Are you calm, proactive and confident supporting young people during busy lunchtimes? We are looking for a Midday Supervisor to join Lift Hockley and help create a safe, positive and enjoyable breaktime experience for our pupils.

About The Role

As a Midday Supervisor at Lift Hockley, you will supervise pupils during lunch and breaktime, helping to keep dining areas, playgrounds and other shared spaces safe, calm and well organised. You will promote positive behaviour, respond appropriately to incidents and concerns, support pupils' wellbeing and help identify and address potential hazards. You will also help keep dining areas clean and support lunchtime activities where required. Working closely with teaching, pastoral and senior colleagues, you will play an important part in making lunchtimes welcoming, inclusive and safe for every pupil.

This is a part-time position, working 7.5 hours per week, from 11:45am to 1:15pm, Monday to Friday. The role is available for an immediate start.
