Handcross Primary School is seeking a Part-time Midday Meals Supervisor to join during term-time. The role involves setting up lunch tables, supervising children during lunch, and clearing the hall for afternoon activities. The post is temporary to July 2027 with a possible extension.
Applicants should be flexible, positive, and capable of working with primary age children. DBS clearance and training are mandatory. 45 minutes daily Monday to Friday, 11:45–13:15.

Handcross Primary School is a happy, successful, creative and caring school in a popular location. The successful candidates will enjoy working with children, supporting and caring for them and ensuring that their school experience is a positive, safe and happy one. The Midday Meals supervisor is expected to set up the lunch tables in the hall in readiness for the children, supervise and interact with the children, and clear the hall in readiness for afternoon activities.
The post holder will be committed to attend specific staff training and participate actively and effectively in his or her own development through supervision and performance management processes. This includes mandatory full paediatric first aid and food safetytraining.
