Job summary

Manor Community is seeking a Midday Meals Supervisor to support pupils during lunch breaks. You will supervise dining, promote safe, inclusive play, and help children engage in enjoyable activities.

Working under the line manager, you’ll model calm behaviour, lead games, and reinforce health and safety practices. A caring, reliable approach is essential to support pupils’ social interaction and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a school setting.
• Able to lead play and manage behaviour positively.
• Understanding of health and safety practices in schools.

We are looking to recruit a child friendly, flexible, caring Midday Meals Supervisor, who has high expectations, to join our dedicated team. You will work under the supervision and guidance of your line manager to supervise and lead games that stimulate pupil's social skills and support the children whilst they eat their lunch.
