Job summary

Hampstead School in Hampstead is seeking a reliable and caring Midday Supervisor to help supervise students during lunchtime, ensuring a safe and positive environment.

You will work 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday during term time, assisting with dining and social areas, promoting positive interactions and wellbeing. Full training will be provided.

At Hampstead School we are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and caring Midday Supervisor to join our dedicated team at our vibrant secondary school. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and is committed to support a safe, positive and inclusive school environment.

As a Midday supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the welfare, safety and behaviour of students during lunchtime periods. You will supervise students in dining and social areas, encourage positive interactions, support student wellbeing and help maintain a calm and orderly environment across the school site.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to build positive relationships with young people, and a proactive, flexible approach to teamwork. Previous experience with working with children or young people is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
