With studios in London, Melbourne, New York, and LA, we work supportively as one global team to deliver award-winning experiences recognized worldwide. We create brand strategy and immersive environments, leveraging the senses through communication, digital, and experience design. The Role

Our strategists help create the future for some of the world’s most pioneering and exciting brands, from visionary startups to global giants. As a Midweight Strategist, you’ll be involved in diverse projects, supporting strategy development, bringing fresh thinking, and energizing studio interactions.

This role involves primary and secondary research methodologies, supporting research and insights for key client projects, distilling findings, and synthesizing complex information into actionable strategies. You’ll develop insights or frameworks that become fundamental to our clients’ business.

This is initially a FTC role, with potential for extension.

Roles And Responsibilities
  • Conduct extensive research and insights to inform strategy supporting tactical and creative output.
  • Demonstrate understanding of research methodologies, identify consumer insights, and support stakeholder interviews.
  • Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and industry insights to guide creative decisions and develop customer-centric strategies.
  • Show strong storytelling skills, confidently present work, and articulate creative thinking.
  • Develop a commercial understanding and interest in clients’ industries.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges, audience, and sector to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Create presentations using Keynote and Google Slides.
You
  • Possess excellent written communication skills with succinct copywriting ability.
  • Be confident in deck design with an eye for detail and visual communication.
  • Experience creating retail toolkits, playbooks, or brand guidelines.
  • Understand how to translate brand strategy into store environments through retail marketing.
  • Ability to map user journeys online and offline.
