YourStudio is a dynamic strategy and experience design agency specialising in creating next-generation experiences and environments for global brands and retailers. The Role

Our strategists help create the future for some of the world’s most pioneering and exciting brands, from visionary startups to global giants. As a Midweight Strategist, you’ll be involved in a multitude of diverse projects, confidently supporting the strategy, bringing fresh thinking and energy to every brief and studio interaction.

This role encompasses primary and secondary research methodologies, supporting the research and insights of key client projects, distilling research findings and synthesising complex information into key and actionable strategies. You’ll continue the development of insights or frameworks that become fundamental to our clients’ business.

This role will initially be a FTC, with potential to extend.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conducting extensive research and insights to inform strategy that supports tactical and creative output.
  • Demonstrating a strong understanding of primary and secondary research methodologies, you’ll identify consumer insights and support and run key stakeholder interviews.
  • Stay up to date on market trends, customer preferences, and industry insights, you’ll use this information to guide creative decisions and develop customer-centric strategies.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with an ability to confidently present your work and articulate your creative thinking.
  • Develop a commercial understanding and interest in our clients’ industries.
  • Collaborate with our clients and identify how to respond to their challenges by having a deep understanding of their audience, sector and what keeps them ahead of the game.
  • Creation of Keynote and Google Slides.

You

  • Excellent written communication skills, with an ability to write succinct copy.
  • Confident in deck design with an eye for detail and visual communication.
  • Experience creating retail toolkits, playbooks or brand guidelines.
  • An understanding of how to translate brand strategy into store environments through retail marketing.
  • Ability to map out user journeys online and offline.
