Confidential client in London is seeking a Mid-Weight Project Designer / Visualiser to join their Clerkenwell showroom with flexible working. The role focuses on creating high-quality planning documents, technical drawings, 3D models (Revit, CAD) and renderings for projects, proposals and client presentations.

You will develop design concepts, support sales in product configuration and ensure data accuracy across internal systems, while collaborating closely with the sales team to improve

Qualifications

• Strong design background with Revit, AutoCAD and 3D visualisation skills.
• Experience in contract furniture or similar industries is desirable.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

My client is a well-established international office furniture manufacturer with over 200 years of history, furnishing forward-looking, innovative and sustainable working environments. They are seeking a Mid-Weight Project Designer / Visualiser to join their team at their Clerkenwell showroom in London, with flexible working.

What You'll Do

• Develop high-quality and timely planning documents, technical drawings, 3D models (Revit, CAD) and renderings for projects, proposals, marketing and customer presentations.


• Create design concepts and solutions that meet client requests effectively, supporting sales in product identification, configuration and preparation of final design packs for successful installations.


• Ensure the quality, accuracy and maintenance of customer, design and technical data in internal systems, keeping product renderings, drawings and resource libraries up to date.


• Collaborate closely with sales staff on all sales-related matters and proactively contribute to improving quality and efficiency in the design process and outputs.

Requirements

• A strong design background with expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D visualisation and P.con


• A solid understanding of the contract furniture industry


• Strong attention to detail in technical design and floor planning
