Mid - Senior Full Stack Engineer // Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript & AWS // Salary range £60K - £90K // Tech For Good - E-Commerce - Start Up // LDN (Hybrid 3 days per week)

I am currently working with an exciting tech for good e-commerce company that is looking for a full stack engineer to join a fast-moving team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with the CTO to shape systems that underpin logistics, ledger management, and digital experiences.

If you’re energized by clean system architecture, care about scalability and performance, and love building elegant tools that enable business growth—this role is for you.

The company is mission-driven, growing rapidly, with a beautiful studio space in London and a passionate, loyal customer base.

You will work on:

• System Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable systems from the ground up.
• Internal Tools: Build custom dashboards and tools to monitor, understand, and optimize processes.
• Database Design: Manage the structure and performance of PostgreSQL databases.
• Performance Optimization: Improve system efficiency and speed both behind the scenes and on the web.
• Problem Solving: Be the go-to person for fixing issues and improving systems.

The stack includes:

• Node.js for backend logic and APIs
• Next.js for full-stack and frontend development
• Experience with Shopify APIs is a bonus

About you:

• You have 2–4 years of experience building web applications or platforms.
• You think in systems, not just features.
• You have a strong academic background, likely from a top-tier university.
• You are logical, detail-oriented, and enjoy designing clean, maintainable architecture.
