Role Overview

The Creative 3D Designer will be a highly-skilled creative thinker with strong communication and time management skills, capable of designing exciting retail environments that match both the brand and clients vision.

Your key responsibilities

• Producing elevations, plans and design intent
• Client and supplier / contractor liaison

Principal Accountabilities

• Take the lead in creating cutting edge creative designs.
• Oversee delivery of design concepts through O12 processes.
• Attend internal/client meetings.

Core Skill Requirements

• Highly creative: a strong creative thinker that challenges the status quo.
• Thorough understanding of three-dimensional and retail design.
• Fluency in InDesign, Photoshop, Sketchup.
• Exemplary attention to detail.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, diplomacy and negotiation skills.
• Effective organisational and time management skills; ability to work at speed and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work across a cross-functional team and to appreciate other peoples’ perspective on work and constructive feedback.

Qualifications

Candidates need not have any particular qualifications. However, it would certainly be advantageous to have a qualification and/or degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Interior Design
• Exhibition Design
• Product / Furniture Design
• Spatial Design
