Job description

We're looking for an experienced & creative Prop/Set Modeller to join our team!

Our modelling artists are incredible world builders and excellent motivators. They build the props, characters & environments that bring worlds to life, adding charming details that make our stories believable.

Your daily tasks will involve creating detailed, stylised assets based on concept designs, while meeting deadlines and adhering to briefs from our Directors and Clients.

This role requires the candidate to be based in the UK, outside of London (outside the M25). We are unable to consider VISA sponsorship at this time.

Please note that this vacancy may close early if we receive a high volume of applications. We will be shortlisting candidates in early June 2025.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

1. Modeling, UVing, texturing, and shading stylised assets.
2. Realising 2D concepts into 3D models, often with minimal design input.
3. Collaborating with a team of modellers and communicating effectively with Supervisors and Directors.
4. Managing assets and time efficiently to meet deadlines.
5. Responding positively to feedback and notes from Directors and Supervisors.

About You

Must Have:

• Ability to interpret volume and form from concept designs.
• Experience with Maya and ZBrush.
• Knowledge of clean topology.
• Experience with UV mapping in Maya or UVLayout.
• Texturing skills using Substance Painter, MARI, or Photoshop.
• Knowledge of Substance Painter and Substance Designer.
