Churches Fire & Security Ltd is an industry-leading national fire & security business that is rapidly growing. We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional to join our team. With a proven track record of providing excellent opportunities across the country, we are now looking for a Mid-Market Sales Surveyor to manage a busy pipeline of sales enquiries. Your responsibilities will include organizing and managing diaries, qualifying leads from initial enquiries, arranging site surveys, conducting face-to-face meetings, designing solutions, and preparing tailored proposals to secure work. You will be a sales-driven individual, aiming to become a valued part of our National Accounts Team.

The Role:
  • Respond to enquiries through various platforms to develop new customers.
  • Attend sites with existing and potential customers to develop enquiries.
  • Review enquiries and gather information to prepare quotes.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure customer expectations and compliance are met.
  • Produce costings, obtain supplier pricing, and seek approval for designs and costs as needed.
  • Meet deadlines for proposals for both the business and customers.
  • Follow up with customers to review proposals and ensure their requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate weekly forecast reports for the National Accounts Sales Manager.
  • Update all stages of the sales process within the NAV (CRM) system.
  • Proactively seek new service and installation opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers and internal departments.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience in CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm services and sales.
  • Experience in surveying, designing, and quoting for security systems and fire alarms.
  • Proven business development experience with a successful track record.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a targeted environment.
  • Proactive, hardworking, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience working with both new and existing customers.
