Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Leeds is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of Mid Markets clients with turnover between £50m and £500m, helping grow the bank's proposition through lending, deposits and a wide range of services.

You will act as a trusted advisor, back up the Relationship Director, build relationships with external influencers, manage risk, and use credit and sector knowledge alongside digital tools to deliver excellent client experiences and grow income,

Qualifications

• Proven commercial banking and mid-market experience.
• Strong skills in client origination, financial analysis, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and report writing.
• Growth mindset with ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to clients and act as a trusted advisor.
• Support the Relationship Director and be the go-to banker in your geographic area.
• Provide funding solutions from working capital to term lending.
• Build relationships with Group Partner companies and Specialist Client Solution teams.
• Support treasury management needs and optimise cash balances.
• Manage risk and compliance of your client portfolio.
• Grow market share and win higher-value new client relationships.
• Leverage credit and sector knowledge with digital tools to deliver great client experiences.
