Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group in Leeds is looking for an Associate Relationship Manager to support Mid Markets clients with £50m-£500m turnover. You will help grow the bank's proposition, handling lending, deposits and related services to meet client needs.

You'll work closely with a Relationship Director, act as a trusted advisor in your geographic area, and contribute to building enduring client relationships while managing risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial banking and mid-market experience.
• Strong client origination and relationship skills.
• Financial analysis and risk management capabilities.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service, becoming a trusted advisor to clients.
• Support the Relationship Director and be the go-to banker in the area.
• Offer funding solutions from working capital to term lending.
• Build relationships with Group Partner companies and Specialist Client Solutions.
• Support treasury management needs and optimize cash deposits.
• Manage risk and compliance for the client portfolio.
