In this role

You will need to:

  1. Develop and be responsible for your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan.
  2. Find new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads.
  3. Conduct qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders.
  4. Close both new business and existing accounts at or above quota on a monthly basis.
  5. Sell through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, including directly to C-level executives.
  6. Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy as new features and products are introduced.
  7. Conduct online and occasional in-person product demonstrations.
What are the role requirements?
  • 3-5 years in a quota-carrying role.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Experience in a complex selling environment.
  • Proven ability to present and pitch to C-level executives on business change.
  • Management of monthly and annual pipeline with accurate forecasting.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of overachieving targets.
  • Training and/or certification in standardized sales methods (e.g., Sandler).
