Job Description

Job Requirements

We expect at least two years of commercial experience with Microsoft C#, and some experience in:

• Over time, you may develop attributes of a Senior Software Developer, such as mentoring others, owning projects, and engaging with stakeholders.
• The next steps include becoming a Principal Developer, managing other developers, or a Technical Lead responsible for architectural strategy of a key component of Dynamic Planner.

Job Responsibilities

• Each sprint team includes around three developers, two testers, a product owner, and a project manager.
• Teams are responsible for specific system areas, focusing mainly on new features based on customer research, as well as bug fixes and technical debt.
• After development, peer review, and testing, code is deployed to Production, which occurs weekly.
