Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with strong academic record in corporate M&A and cross-border experience.
• Experience advising on public and private transactions, restructurings and joint ventures.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and due diligence management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on complex corporate transactions including cross-border M&A and restructurings.
• Coordinate due diligence, deal structuring and drafting of key documents across jurisdictions.
• Lead negotiations and collaborate with specialty teams to deliver client advice.
• Support post-merger integration, separation and strategic partnership projects.
