Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in Interior Design.
• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• LEED Accreditation or within 18 months of hire.
• Proficiency in Revit with 3D modeling skills essential.
• Strong verbal and graphic communication skills.
• Experience with furniture, fittings and equipment selection/specification.
• Creation of presentation books and materials.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-energy, collaborative team and project environments.
• Proactive involvement and ideation at all levels.
• Design and documentation support and leadership on projects of varying sizes.
• Develop and implement design concepts and finish palettes through all phases.
• Produce contract documents.
