Job summary

NBBJ London Studio is seeking an Architect with strong design abilities to work on a variety of projects in a collaborative, open environment. The role requires high-performance designers who can communicate effectively across teams and develop rigorous construction documents.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in Healthcare / Higher Education.
• Registered Architect (ARB or equivalent).
• LEED accreditation (or equivalent) is a plus.
• Excellent conceptual design and schematic design skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Documentation, detailing and specification writing knowledge.
• Efficient, detail oriented, with high standards for quality design and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills; ability to work within diverse teams of designers.
• Capability to prepare design and construction documents and coordinate specifications.
• Demonstrated ability in Revit with 3D modeling skills (eg: Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo).
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Sketchup, 3DS Max.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
