Mid-Level Construction Solicitor

A prominent international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer to join its London office. The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in advising on and drafting construction documents for major infrastructure and energy projects, including EPC contracts, development agreements, and professional appointments. Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating key construction agreements, including JCT and NEC contracts.
• Advising on procurement strategies, risk mitigation, and project delivery mechanisms.

• Supporting clients throughout the development lifecycle, from inception to completion.
• Contributing to business development to enhance the firm's construction law offering.

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law, ideally gained at a leading firm or in-house.
• Strong experience with JCT, NEC, and other construction contract forms.
• Commercially astute, with a proactive and pragmatic approach to client needs.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
