Job summary

Intapeople is seeking a Mid-Level Business Analyst to join a major data transformation programme in London. You will help consolidate reference datasets, define future-state processes, capture requirements and support migrations away from legacy data sources.

The role emphasizes hands-on BA work with data, process improvement, migration and stakeholder engagement across Product, Data, Engineering and Operations teams. Hybrid work pattern in London.

Qualifications

• Solid BA experience in data transformation programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Document current and future-state processes.
• Run workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
• Capture business, functional and migration requirements.
• Support design of a new Reference Data operating model.
• Map dataset dependencies and assess impacts.
• Develop migration plans with delivery teams.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and docs.
• Perform process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessments.
• Support testing, validation and business readiness.
