Job summary

At MDS Ltd, we are seeking a keen and enthusiastic individual to join our Mid Day Supervisor team to engage with the children during the lunch period. You will work alongside our MDS staff to support setting up the lunch hall and help with moving tables and chairs.

Responsibilities include lunch hall cleaning, putting away furniture, and on a rota basis providing playground supervision outdoors. Training in Manual Handling, Food Hygiene and First Aid is required.

Job description

You will work alongside our MDS staff to engage with the children over the lunchtime period.

We are looking to recruit a keen, enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our friendly hardworking Mid Day Supervisor (MDS) team., The role requires someone who is passionate about children,, who is willing to help children in the lunch hall which can be more difficult for some than others.

This role also requires the candidate to be involved in setting up the lunch hall (moving tables and chairs), cleaning the lunch hall and putting the same tables and chairs away. Playground supervision is on a rota basis so you should be prepared and able, to be outside as part of this role.

Candidates will be required to have training in Manual Handling, Food Hygiene and First Aid.

Previous experience of being in a similar role would be beneficial, but is not essential.
