Job Description:

• Microsoft M365 Product Design
• New roles in a new area of business
• Inward facing role, developing repeatable/scalable solutions
• Influence across the business from an Azure perspective

This role requires experience and understanding of Presales Solution Architecture. You must be both commercial and technical, with the ability to build rapport with key customers and internal teams.

Technical Skills

• Modern Work specialist
• M365 / Intune / Endpoint / Defender - broad expertise across M365

Your Responsibilities

• Research & Development of new Modern Work products and services
• Participate in private and public previews
• Ensure internal teams act as 'customer zero' — testing and authenticating new products before external deployment
• Gather feedback from cross-functional teams to influence the technical roadmap
• Monitor 'end of life' products and communicate upcoming changes
• Design and maintain cloud architectures and best practices
• Create high-quality documentation to standardize solution architectures
• Implement processes and templates for internal and customer use
• Collaborate with Product, Presales, Professional, and Managed Services teams
• Create scalable and repeatable blueprints for customer delivery
• Identify automation opportunities and work with teams to implement them
• Support vendor management and partner accreditation activities
