FULTOO is seeking an experienced, hands-on Microsoft Fabric Data Lead / Architect on behalf of its client to define and establish the architecture, design framework and engineering standards for an enterprise data platform.
This is a hands-on technical leadership position. The successful candidate will also be responsible for defining best practices for data architecture, modelling, governance and deployment across Microsoft Fabric, while developing the core architectural artefacts, standards and reusable templates required to support consistent, scalable delivery.
You will use Hands-on Experience to combine strong architectural expertise with Practical Engineering Experience, working closely with data engineering teams to translate architectural principles into robust, production-ready solutions and ensure best practices are embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Strong, proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Fabric is a MUST.
We are looking for someone who is not only experienced in architecture but is also hands-on and able to create, run and demonstrate solutions and run pipelines.
We’re looking for someone with proven experience establishing the foundations of an enterprise Microsoft Fabric platform, rather than simply delivering individual data solutions.
The successful candidate will be able to rapidly assess the existing data landscape, identify areas for improvement, establish architectural best practices and implement a sustainable framework for ongoing delivery. They will ensure the platform is built to support self-service reporting, evolving analytics requirements, enterprise reporting and future AI initiatives.
