• Proven experience leading Dynamics 365 projects, especially in Customer Insights and Journeys.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics Marketing.
• Expertise in delivery management with a commercial mindset.
• Experience mentoring and training, with a people-centric approach focusing on L&D and coaching.
• Outstanding knowledge of Dynamics and the broader Microsoft tech stack.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical staff and clients.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders in a client-facing role.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience working in teams that adopt Kanban.
