Job summary

Version 1 is actively seeking a Dynamics 365 Solutions Consultant to plan, design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions for clients, collaborating with both development teams and customers. You will drive cloud adoption and provide technical guidance, closely aligning with architects to ensure delivery meets design plans.

Qualifications

• Experience developing solutions on Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service).
• Proven migration and upgrade delivery for Dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C#) with plugins/workflows.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 workflows (Power Automate).
• Solid SQL Server experience including SSIS or KingswaySoft.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 apps (Customer Engagement, Sales, Service).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps teams.
• Active Security Clearance or eligibility is required.

Job Description

Plan, design, estimate, develop and implement Dynamics solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers

• Assist in driving the adoption of cloud solutions and provide technical advice to team members
• Engage with Technical Leads and Solution Architects to ensure technical delivery aligns with solution design/project plans, showcasing technical expertise and knowledge of the technology
• Continue to develop product and technology knowledge in order the deliver the best solutions for the customer
• Liaise directly with customers to gather/refine requirements
• Management of solutions through the application lifecycle

Qualifications

Essential

• Demonstrated project experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform and core technologies (D365 CE/Power Platform) and associated ALM strategies
• Demonstrated experience of delivering Dynamics migrations and upgrades
• Clear knowledge of the Microsoft stack (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C# .Net for Plugins and custom workflows, Integrations using .NET)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 workflows (internal and Power Automate)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS and/or KingswaySoft
• Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
• Active Security Clearance or eligibility is a must for this role

Desirable

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas apps and Model Driven apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI)
• Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Teams
• Experience integrating Dynamics solutions with APIs or third-party solutions
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking
• Experience leading teams and delivering enterprise scale solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS/Azure Integration Services
• Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Insights Applications
• Any Microsoft Certifications (MB-910, MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, and/or PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 series)
