Version 1 is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform / D365 Solution Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale solutions. You will drive planning, design, estimation, development and implementation, coordinating with customer teams and delivery personnel to ensure scalable, robust, and maintainable outcomes.

The role requires strong architecture experience across Power Platform and D365, expertise in ALM strategies, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.

Qualificações

• Architecture experience leading design and development of enterprise-scale Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions with ALM.
• Customising Power Platform and D365 using Power Automate, .NET plugins, and JavaScript.
• Integrating Power Platform, Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs, middleware and third-party tools.
• Azure integration services knowledge: REST/SOAP APIs, Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid.
• Strong Microsoft stack knowledge (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#) for plugins, workflows and integrations.
• Experience in Agile/DevOps teams and using Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog tracking.
• Ability to define and demonstrate non-functional requirements for complex solutions.
• Experience with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform and D365.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and requirement refinement with customers.
• Eligible for SC clearance and familiar with architectural modelling frameworks.

Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform / D365 Solution Architect who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading development teams for solutions based on both Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE (D365) projects. This role requires a breadth of knowledge across the platforms, covering multiple solutions such as Model‑driven and Canvas applications, Power Pages, D365 CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights). The role involves leading the planning, design, estimation, development, and implementation of solutions, ensuring they are scalable, robust, and maintainable, while working with development teams and directly with customers.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Architecture Experience: Demonstrated experience leading the design and development of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (including Canvas, Model‑driven, Power Pages, Copilot Studio) and Dynamics 365, with expertise in associated ALM strategies. Experience leading cross‑functional teams and delivering enterprise scale solutions.
• Customisation & Workflows: Experience customising Power Platform and D365 solutions using Power Automate workflows, .NET plugins, and JavaScript.
• Integration Expertise: Proven experience architecting, designing and delivering integrations between Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and external systems using APIs, middleware, and third‑party platforms.
• Azure Integration Services: Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Event Grid, with the ability to design scalable and resilient integration solutions.
• Microsoft Stack Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#) for plugins, workflows, and custom integrations.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working within Agile and DevOps teams. Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking.
• Non‑Functional Requirements: Ability to define and demonstrate experience with non‑functional requirements.
• Testing: Experience working with testing strategies and tools for Power Platform and D365 solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with customers to gather and refine requirements.
• SC Clearance Eligibility: Eligible for SC clearance.
• Architecture Frameworks & Modelling: Knowledge of architectural modelling tools and frameworks such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, TOGAF, ArchiMate, or similar enterprise architecture methodologies.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• AI: Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Claude, Github Copilot
• UI/UX Design: Experience designing solutions with a focus on UI/UX and accessibility.
• Wider Microsoft Ecosystem: Experience with the broader Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, Teams, and Forms, configuring and deploying Power BI solutions
• Governance: Experience delivering implementations through Success by Design or Power Platform Well‑Architected.
• Certifications: Microsoft certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, AB-100, AI-102, AI-900, PL-200, PL-500, AZ-900, DP-600, or equivalent Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure, Data & AI.
