Version 1 is seeking a Dynamics Solutions Specialist to plan, design, estimate, develop and implement Dynamics solutions based on established patterns and best practices, working with development teams as well as directly with customers.

You will use the Microsoft stack (D365 CE/Power Platform, .NET, JavaScript, C#, ASP.NET, MVC) and SQL Server/SSIS to deliver migrations, upgrades and integrations. Agile/DevOps experience and security clearance eligibility are essential.

Formación

• Demonstrated project experience developing Dynamics solutions on the D365 CE/Power Platform stack.
• Experience delivering Dynamics migrations and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft stack (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C#).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 workflows (Power Automate).
• Strong SQL Server/SSIS knowledge; KingswaySoft experience.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 applications (CE, Sales, Customer Service).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps.
• Active security clearance or eligibility required.

Qualifications

Essential

• Demonstrated project experience developing solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics platform and core technologies (D365 CE/Power Platform) and associated ALM strategies
• Demonstrated experience of delivering Dynamics migrations and upgrades
• Clear knowledge of the Microsoft stack (.NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C# .Net for Plugins and custom workflows, Integrations using .NET)
• Experience with Dynamics 365 workflows (internal and Power Automate)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and SSIS and/or KingswaySoft
• Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 applications (Customer Engagement, Sales, Customer Service)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in DevOps teams
• Active Security Clearance or eligibility is a must for this role

Desirable

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Canvas apps and Model Driven apps, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI)
• Experience with the wider Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint, Teams
• Experience integrating Dynamics solutions with APIs or third‑party solutions
• Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tools) for CI/CD and backlog/progress tracking
• Experience leading teams and delivering enterprise scale solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Azure PaaS/Azure Integration Services
• Experience developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Field Service, Customer Insights Applications
• Any Microsoft Certifications (MB-910, MB-200, MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, and/or PL-900, PL-100, PL-200, PL-400 series)
