Job Description

In the role of Technical Architect, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high-quality code for modules, lead validation for all types of testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture that encourages teamwork and collaboration, rewards excellence, and values diversity.

  1. Contribute to identifying the best-fit architectural solutions for two or more Dynamics modules; develop application design, and provide support and guidance to project teams on complex coding, issue resolution, and execution.
  2. Work with a culturally diverse group, adopting different styles.
  3. Manage stakeholder relationships effectively and communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
  4. Manage technical roadmaps incorporating a range of business applications, including ERP and CRM solutions.
  5. Configure applications to meet client requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics Customization Tool or SDK.
  6. Design and develop end-to-end architecture for Dynamics and integration architecture for online and on-premises Dynamics systems.
  7. Establish and evolve architectural standards, reference models, guidelines, and principles.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, with knowledge of Project Service Automation as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of CDS / CDM.
  • Strong CRM development and customization skills, including workflows, plugins, and integrations via Azure services.
  • Experience with multiple Dynamics projects, especially in complex, multi-system landscapes.
  • Understanding of Dynamics architecture and its interaction with other systems in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in cloud architecture, identity management, API management, and data migration.
  • Proficiency with development and configuration tools like Visual Studio and TFS.
  • Understanding of Microsoft products and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
  • Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Visual Studio, TFS, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics, Azure Integration Services.
  • Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
  • TOGAF certification is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Participation in 3-4 full-cycle implementations of online Dynamics modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service).

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
