Location – Remote, 1 day per quarter on site in London
Salary – Up to £45k pa + benefits

The Client:
Our client is a fast-growing cloud security company focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure. They provide consultancy services, products and managed services to help customers secure their business and grow. They are a small team of highly driven and intelligent individuals working together to help customers achieve more through technology.

The Candidate:
You will be a high-energy and highly skilled Microsoft Cloud Engineer. You will be passionate about solving complex challenges, enjoy direct customer interaction, and be keen to be part of a fast-paced, growing cloud security specialist company. You will be driven, technically strong, and customer-focused, with a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in security-first cloud solutions.

The Role:
Working remotely, you will be hands-on with the latest Microsoft Cloud technologies, delivering both day-to-day support and technical project work across Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms. You will be working with a highly skilled and collaborative team of Microsoft Cloud specialists while gaining exposure to diverse projects and cutting-edge cloud security solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and manage cloud security best practices.
2. Implement solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
3. Support customers with incidents relating to complex cloud issues.
4. Deliver cloud migration and transformation projects.
5. Deliver solutions and resolve problems within tight deadlines.
6. Out of hours working may be required on occasion.
7. Identify sales opportunities and be rewarded.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve delivery knowledge and skills.
9. Provide high-quality documentation and customer training as needed.

Skills & Experience:

1. At least 5 years’ experience in IT.
2. Intermediate to Expert-level hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
3. Solid grasp of cloud governance, compliance, and security best practices.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills.
5. Experience delivering both support and project-based work.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
