CloudyIT is hiring a Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer in Buckingham. You will plan and deliver migrations from discovery through cutover, testing and handover, owning assigned projects and communicating clearly with customers.
You'll work with Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, configuring tenants and data migration using approved tools, while maintaining security standards and project documentation. Occasional travel may be required.

To plan and deliver Microsoft 365 migration projects from initial technical discovery through to cutover, testing and handover. You will take ownership of assigned migrations, communicate clearly with customers and work with colleagues to ensure each project is delivered securely, accurately and with minimal disruption.
This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in Microsoft 365 migration planning and delivery. As your experience develops, you may choose to build a specialism in areas such as complex migrations, customer onboarding, tenant configuration or Microsoft 365 security. Development will be shaped around business needs, your strengths and your career interests, with support to work towards relevant Microsoft skills and certifications.
Based at our Buckingham office, with flexibility for remote working. Occasional travel to customer offices may be required, with reasonable notice and expenses covered.
Salary will be agreed based on the successful candidate’s skills, experience and suitability for the role, and will be reviewed annually.
