Job summary

Sword Group is seeking a Digital Workplace Consultant to design, deliver and optimise modern workplace solutions built around Microsoft 365. This hands-on role spans discovery, solution design, migration and optimisation, translating business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.

You will work across Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and identity/security (Entra ID, Conditional Access), contributing to workshops, proposals and pre-sales with

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 or Digital Workplace consulting engagements.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive.
Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Experience producing high-quality technical designs, architecture documentation and implementation materials.
Experience supporting or leading Microsoft 365 migrations and transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

Deliver Digital Workplace engagements including assessments, health checks and optimisation activities.
Lead workshops to understand business requirements and desired outcomes.
Develop target-state architectures, roadmaps and implementation plans for Microsoft 365 environments.
Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions across security, collaboration and user experience.
Lead or contribute to migrations including tenant-to-tenant and on-premises to Microsoft 365.
