Job summary

Reed Screening & Compliance in Manchester is seeking an analytical MI Specialist to deliver management information, forecasting and commercial insights that drive performance. Hybrid working is available, with a full-time, permanent role.

You will design dashboards, reports and price models, work with Finance and leadership, and translate complex data into clear insights to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Management Information, Data Analyst or Reporting roles.
• Experience producing dashboards, reports and insight packs for leadership teams.
• Advanced Excel skills including data manipulation, reporting and analysis.
• Strong numerical and commercial awareness.
• Ability to analyse complex data and present findings clearly.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering management information reports for teams, managers and senior leaders.
• Producing regular performance reporting across Reed Screening & Compliance.
• Creating innovative reporting solutions to support business growth and efficiency.
• Developing monthly and quarterly business reports for internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Producing ad hoc analysis and reporting as required.
• Managing monthly invoicing for external clients and internal cross-charges.
• Reconciling expenditure against budgets and identifying anomalies.
• Assisting with forecasting demand and resource planning.
• Building strong relationships with colleagues across Finance, MI and operational teams.
