Job summary

CMS CMNO LLP is seeking an proactive MI Analyst to join the Reporting & Analytics team. You will produce reports and dashboards, analyse large datasets, support business users, and drive improvements in reporting processes and data quality.

This role requires strong Excel and BI tool experience, with exposure to SQL/Python desirable. The position supports a flexible, hybrid working policy and offers a generous bonus scheme, holiday entitlement up to 28 days with service, private medical

Qualifications

• Experience in MI, reporting, BI, or data analytics roles.
• Strong Excel skills with advanced formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, BusinessObjects, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and dashboards.
• Produce client reports to meet specific content and formatting requirements.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support data quality and data cleansing activities.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from teams across the firm.
• Collaborate with Finance, Business Services and stakeholders to provide timely information.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance reporting capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and internal clients to deliver excellent service.
