Job Title: MI & Data Manager

We’re Arc Legal, a specialist provider of ancillary insurance products and part of the global AmTrust Financial group, with over 20 years of experience. We are committed to delivering high-quality, bespoke products and excellent customer service.

We are seeking an MI & Data Manager based in our Colchester office. This role will be responsible for all MI and Data activities within Arc Legal Group, including data strategy and execution.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in insurance data management and people leadership, ensuring reference data is effectively curated, with systems and processes aligned to produce accurate Management Information.

Essential Skills and Experience:

1. A strong background in Insurance MI and data expertise
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Confidence to own tasks independently and make decisions
6. Experience using all Microsoft Office programs
7. Good knowledge and experience in delivering operational change
8. Strong interpersonal skills – ability to communicate effectively and build rapport
