Job summary

GXO Logistics is seeking two MHE Trainers for our Northampton operation. You will deliver high-quality MHE training (LLOP, PPT, etc.), test and reassess operators, and support inductions while maintaining accurate training records in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

You'll join a team working with Operations and L&D to shape how the site runs from day one. The role includes shift patterns, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing GXO University training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering MHE training in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Current MHE trainer qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT) and actively training on a recent basis.
• Proven ability to train on equipment (LLOP, PPT) and Manual Handling.

Responsibilities

• Deliver MHE training to new and existing colleagues.
• Instruct, test and reassess operators for safe, compliant use of equipment.
• Support inductions, refresher training and on-the-job coaching across site.
