ATLATL Warehousing & Distribution is seeking an experienced MHE Trainer to own the site training function at Foston Park, Derby. You will deliver operator training, grow internal talent, and ensure compliance with HSE ACOP L117 and PUWER regulations.

The role focuses on developing operators from existing licences into specialist VNA and related equipment, building a skilled workforce for future growth.

Formación

• Essential current accredited MHE Instructor qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT).
• Categories covering Counterbalance, PPT and VNA, or willingness to gain.
• Experience delivering MHE training in warehousing/logistics.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver novice, conversion and refresher training across MHE equipment (Counterbalance, VNA, PPT, Port/Tow).
• Maintain training records, licences and authorisations.
• Coach operators across all shifts and monitor renewals.
• Support inductions for new starters and agency workers.
• Develop internal talent for progression to specialist equipment.
