Job summary

Quest Employment is actively recruiting experienced MHE Drivers for a busy warehouse operation in Desborough. You will operate Counterbalance and VNA trucks to support loading, picking and put-away tasks across the site.

This is a long-term, temporary-to-permanent opportunity with immediate starts. Shifts are 12 hours, on a 4-on/4-off pattern, with day and night rotations and the potential to secure a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance and/or VNA licence required.
• Previous experience operating MHE in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with loading, put-away and picking is advantageous.
• Confident and competent operating MHE safely.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating Counterbalance and/or VNA trucks
• Loading and unloading vehicles using MHE
• Putting stock away in designated warehouse locations
• Picking stock accurately using MHE
• Moving products safely and efficiently around the warehouse
• Following site health & safety procedures at all times
• Handling stock carefully and accurately
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with daily operations
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

Quest Employment is currently recruiting for experienced MHE Drivers for a busy warehouse operation based in Desborough.

We are looking for Counterbalance and VNA Drivers to join the team as soon as possible. You will be responsible for operating MHE to support loading, picking and put-away activities across the warehouse.

This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent following a successful period of employment.
