Job summary

Warrens at Blackrod site is seeking reliable MHE operatives to join a busy ambient warehouse operation within the Culina Group family. You will operate reach trucks and PPTs, assist with stock movement, loading and inbound activity, and perform safety checks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift experience, a safety-focused mindset, reliability and flexibility, and the ability to work a 4 on 4 nightshift pattern.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift or MHE experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.
• Reach truck experience is advantageous.
• In-house licences from previous employers are acceptable with relevant practical experience.
• Strong focus on safe working practices and attention to detail.
• Reliable, flexible and team-focused approach.
• Availability to work a 4 on 4 nightshift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely, including reach trucks and PPTs.
• Move, replenish and put-away stock within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading, unloading and inbound activity per procedures.
• Complete vehicle, equipment and safety checks.
• Use scanners or systems to maintain stock integrity.
• Collaborate with the wider warehouse team to keep pace.
