Job summary

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is hiring MHE Operatives for Warrens at our Crick site to support a busy ambient warehouse. You will operate reach trucks and PPTs, assist with stock movement, and help with loading and inbound activities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires previous forklift experience, a focus on safety, and a reliable, team-oriented approach. Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off Days 06:00–18:00 with a pay rate of £14.70 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.
• Reach Truck forklift experience is advantageous.
• In-house licences from previous employers can be considered, provided you have relevant practical experience.
• A strong focus on safe working practices and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently, including reach trucks and PPT equipment where required.
• Support the movement, replenishment and put-away of stock within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading, unloading and inbound activity while following site procedures.
• Complete vehicle, equipment and safety checks in line with operational standards.
• Use scanners or warehouse systems accurately to help maintain stock integrity.
• Work closely with the wider warehouse team to keep the operation moving at pace.
