Job summary

Great Bear is hiring MHE Operatives at our Crick Warrens site to support a busy ambient warehouse operation. You will operate reach trucks and PPTs, assist with stock movement, loading and inbound activity, and carry out vehicle and safety checks.

This role requires previous forklift experience, a responsible attitude, and availability for a 4 on 4 off dayshift (06:00–18:00). Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.
• Reach Truck forklift experience is advantageous.
• In-house licences from previous employers with relevant practical experience.
• Strong focus on safe working practices and attention to detail.
• Reliable, flexible and team-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently, including reach trucks and PPT equipment.
• Support movement, replenishment and put-away of stock within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading, unloading and inbound activity while following site procedures.
• Complete vehicle, equipment and safety checks in line with standards.
• Use scanners or warehouse systems to maintain stock integrity.
• Work closely with the wider warehouse team to keep the operation moving.
