Job summary

Culina Contract Logistics in the UK is seeking reliable MHE Operatives for our Markham Vale 1 site to support a busy ambient warehouse. You will operate reach trucks, VNA and PPT equipment, while assisting with loading, inbound and stock movement to keep products moving safely and efficiently.

We offer a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern (06:00–18:00) with pay of £13.13 per hour plus overtime at time and a half. Applicants should have training on MHE and a strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Evidence of training on either a reach truck or VNA within a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting.
• Certification needs to show novice training with hours spent on the training.
• On-site training for refresher certification is possible, with longer on-site training before driving MHE.

Responsibilities

• Operate MHE safely and efficiently, including Reach trucks, VNA and PPT equipment where required.
• Support the movement, replenishment and put-away of stock within the warehouse.
• Assist with loading, unloading and inbound activity while following site procedures.
• Complete vehicle, equipment and safety checks in line with operational standards.
• Use scanners or warehouse systems accurately to help maintain stock integrity.
• Work closely with the wider warehouse team to keep the operation moving at pace.

Job Description

We are looking for reliable and motivated MHE Operatives to join Culina Contract Logistics at our Markham Vale 1 site joining a busy ambient warehouse operation. Working across our Distribution site, you will play a key role in keeping products moving safely, accurately and efficiently through the warehouse.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous MHE experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced logistics environment and are confident operating equipment such as reach trucks and PPTs, while supporting loading, inbound and stock movement activity.

Shift pattern: 4 on 4 off Days from 06:00 - 18:00

Salary: £13.13 per hour plus overtime paid at time and half

What you'll be doing:

• We Require evidence of training on either a reach truck or VNAwithin a warehouse, logistics or distribution setting
• The certification needs to show novice training with the hours spent on the training
• In-house licences from previous employers can be considered, provided you have relevant practical experience.
• We can take people with only refresher certification but due to our H & S rules their training on site will be longer before they can drive the MHE
• A strong focus on safe working practices and attention to detail.
• A reliable, flexible and team-focused approach.
• Availability to work a 4 on 4 Day shift pattern
