Lineage Logistics is seeking an MHE Instructor - Floor Trainer at our Belle Eau Park depot in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The role focuses on delivering HS/FS/SSOW and MHE training, maintaining training records, and supporting safety and compliance across shifts.

You will partner with the Training Coordinator to ensure up-to-date materials, mentor new team members, and coordinate training across UK sites as required. Overtime paid after 39 hours and a strong safety culture are emphasized.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering workplace training in a logistics or warehousing environment.
• Knowledge of LMS platforms and MS Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent time management and ability to engage learners at all levels.

Aufgaben

• Deliver training sessions covering HS, FS, SSOW, Manual Handling and MHE.
• Monitor on-the-floor performance; coach to promote safety culture.
• Review and update HS procedures and working practices.
• Maintain the site training matrix and training records.
• Assist investigations from a training perspective to identify root causes and corrective actions.
