Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a MHE Instructor - Floor Trainer to support our operational training and compliance team at our Belle Eau Park depot in Bilsthorpe, Nottinghamshire. The role offers a Monday–Friday 37.5-hour week with flexible shift times in a 24/7 operation, paid at £16.20 per hour.

You will deliver training across HS, FS, SSOW, Manual Handling and MHE, monitor performance, maintain the training matrix, and support incident investigations from a training perspective.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering workplace training in a logistics or warehousing environment with safety compliance.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent time management with a structured approach to planning, delivering and evaluating training.
• Confident communicator able to engage learners at all levels of the organization.
• Proactive mentoring and buddying of new team members to ensure safe integration.
• Willingness to work across different UK sites if required.

Responsibilities

• Support Training Coordinator to ensure all employees receive required training and up-to-date materials.
• Deliver training sessions across HS, FS, SSOW, Manual Handling and MHE.
• Monitor on-the-floor performance and coach for safety-first culture.
• Review and update HS procedures and working practices to maintain efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain relationships to ensure training remains relevant and practical.
• Identify training needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage and maintain the site training matrix and records.
• Assist with post-incident and near-miss investigations from a training perspective.
